My Soul Essence Class experience was awesome! Thanks Deb and Jane! My Soul Essence experience, I am still amazed at how Soul Essence works. After that class I felt different on so many levels and WOW! comes into mind for me. It is still unfolding in more and more positive ways since the June 10th Soul Essence Class! I do recommend this class. It will zone in on the issue that comes up and helps you break it free! I am a healer and psychic and this is some powerful stuff! "Thanks Deb for the well wishes, encouragement, reflection and your energy! You do affect many people--whether I am there or not, I do think of you and the different things and feelings and energies that I have experienced at the Center for Integrative Well Being. You'll recall the last time we came for meditation, I had quit my job. In the meditation, I flew as an eagle and then felt drawn to something. You indicated it was the Archangel Gabriel. This info was shared with me on 10/8/08. On Saturday, I shared with a friend and she reminded me of Gabriel appearing to Mary..."Do not be afraid..." On Sunday 10/12/08, I had a ministroke. A blood clot that my body eventually handled, had my speech messed up. I was in the hospital overnight, while tests were run. While I was having a CT scan on Sunday night, I started to get scared. I was in the tube with fear welling up. I thought of the meditation and "Do not be afraid." I had a message that everything was ok-I calmed down. After several tests and a MRI, I am relieved to say that I did not have any damage. I was very fortunate! I just wanted to share my experience with you, and thank you for your gifts. I found comfort from an angel, I did not even know I had.

"What if I told you where the keys were to unlock the secrets of manifestation, abundance, prosperity and happiness would you go get them? I guess a better question is… are you ready to receive them? For anyone who is ready to unlock the secrets of the Universe then please let me tell you where you may pick up your keys.I discovered The Center for Integrative Well Being in Plymouth, a year ago when my little sister invited me to a meditation class; she thought it would help me with my ADHD issue, skeptical I thought I’ll try anything once, . I entered the quaint little center with no expectations at all; the warm earth tones, candles, and the subtle smell of incense immediately put me at ease. I was greeted by the Owner, Deb Foggio with a warm smile, as she offered me a cup of herbal tea, but as she looked at me there was kind of knowingness in her eyes that made me feel like she could see right through me. Locked in her gaze and feeling a bit vulnerable with her looking at me like that, I thought “well this is the first time and the last time I will be coming here! It’s one year later and I look back on that day and laugh, but the truth of the matter is when I showed up at the Light Works Center I was a mess and didn’t even realize it, dealing with the death of a child, a divorce and raising three children alone had moved me into a space where my mantra had become “TRUST NO ONE”. To explain the journey of how I moved from that space to where I am now would take too long and you would probably get bored so instead I will briefly tell you about my new set of Keys. I will not go into depth as you may have a different interpretation. My first key was picked up a year ago at the Summer Solstice Celebration, a gathering of women to celebrate Mother Earth. The message this day was… Be thankful for all that has been given, because everything happens in a Divine Order, there is no such thing as a mistake, or an accident. The second key was literally given during a Communing with the Arch Angels workshop, where I learned that we are never alone, we have unseen helpers in our Spirit guides and Angels that are always ready to help us, but the key is you have to ASK. Key number 3, was during the Soul Essence Workshop which I like to explain as, 6 months of therapy sessions in one evening, the key offered was… that which you resist persist. Key number 5 was given at An Evening with Jacob, Jacob is a group of light beings channeled by Judy Crookes, the key was in this message is… The only limitations you are bound by… are those you place on yourselves! I’m still working with this one! There are other keys, too many more to mention, but I do want to leave you with my new mantra which I got from the mentorship of Deb, while enrolled in her Psychic Development Workshops, move in a spirit of EASE and GRACE, so now when things get stressful, if I’m feeling on edge and about to unleash a spew of color adjectives that would embarrass a sailor, I will take a deep breath and remember my new mantra, 2 words, EASE and GRACE. To all of you light workers and dabblers of the metaphysical, no matter where your journey takes you, or what road you take to get there, you have a set of keys waiting for you at the Center all you have to do is pick them up!"
